  Sharkwater: DVD/Blu-Ray

You know, there are those times when I know nothing at all about the film that I am sliding into my player. I sit back on the couch and try to soak into what the filmmaker is putting in front of my eyes, and I love when I pop in a piece that I know absolutely nothing about and it changes the way you look at the world around you in a profound and mesmerizing way. Sharkwater is one of those films.

Filmmaker Rob Stewart narrates his unrelenting tale of the personal struggle he is having with the world around him. A cinematic genius, he takes you into an often feared and greatly misunderstood world of the deep ocean to swim with sharks. The views are simply breathtaking; the cinematography is on par with the BBC’s Planet Earth series. I seriously cannot recommend this film to anyone who has a love for nature.

I seriously am having a tough time summing up the film for you guys, I really don’t want to ruin any moment of the film for you. Just know that Rob Stewart takes you on a journey that is not only an inspiration to filmmakers everywhere, but an inspiration to everyone. Check out the trailer for yourself at www.sharkwater.com, you won’t be disappointed.
