It is about effing time The big WB is FINALLY releasing one of the greatest films of all time on Blu-Ray, so get out your credit cards boys and girls becuase the Ultimate Matrix Collection will be here October 14th. Pretty steep at $129.95 (preorder here for $90.95) but I think it will be well worth it.

A whole crapload of awesome is packed in here, The Animatrix is showing up for the first time in 1080p as well as a digital copy of the original film. More specs to follow, but a must own for any HD fan (girlfriend, hint, birthday)
